First time here and everything was amazing! The manager and hostess greeted me with pure kindness. The bartender made really good drinks! The food was good. The setting, the music was nice. The manager walked over to my table just to ensure everything was well. I will be coming back to this location! The champagne martini was the best!! Best service I received in a long time.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We make this an annual tradition for our granddaughter's birthday and usually go all out with the Big Night Out menu. This year we enjoyed the Classic Alpine and Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondues, California Salad, Coq Au Vin cooking style with the Fusion entrée, and finished with the Yin & Yang and Dark & Dulce chocolate fondues. Our server, Cream, was the highlight of the evening. She kept things fun and engaging while helping our party of 10 work through all the menu choices. Her patience, energy, and attentiveness made a big difference in our experience. The restaurant's dim lighting creates a cozy, romantic atmosphere that's great for couples and special occasions. The food was good, but the value is harder to justify given the price point. In many ways, you're paying more for the unique fondue experience than the food itself. Overall, it was a pleasant evening and our granddaughter had a wonderful birthday celebration, which is what mattered most. While the experience was enjoyable, the cost keeps it from being a higher-rated visit for us.

10/10 across the board!! My partner and I went last night for our 15 year anniversary and let’s just say, Melting Pot owe us nothing!! Our server, Cream, amazing, personable, attentive and knows her stuff! The host took an amazing picture!! We got the Touch of Romance package, you must try it!! Highly recommended experience!

The experience my husband and I had here was amazing!! It was so much fun and the food was really good. It is a bit pricey but in our opinions worth it. The waiter we had was so much fun too sadly I cant remember his name though. But we got to chatting about some other food places and told him he should de delucas pizza and we really hope he went! He also got me to try the espresso martini and it was SOO good!

My sister and I went to celebrate a new job and just having another sister date. David was our server and he was very nice and helpful and cheerful. He was very informative and joked around with us and kept it lively. The food was great as always we got the 4 course meal for 2. The cheese fondue was delish and the salad was very fresh and had generous portions. The shrimp, salmon, beef, and chicken was seasoned perfectly and the broth David suggested to go with it paired great. The dark chocolate fondue was really why we were there lol. It was the highlight of our night! 10/10 we will be coming back on Thursdays now when theres the happy hour going on!
